Our Rebuild Process

Our first step in the rebuilding process is to completely disassemble the machine
to the bare casting. All parts are carefully inspected for excessive wear or fractures.
Necessary parts for rebuilding are available IMMEDIATELY from our
large inventory of new replacement parts.


Experienced craftsmen precision scrape filmatic bearings to grinding wheel
and regulating wheel spindles. All dresser and table slides are scraped,
flaked and aligned to original accuracy. New gibs fitted for all slides and dressers.


New parts are used throughout each step of our skillfull rebuilding
and reassembling process. Alignment is carefully adjusted to ensure the
utmost accuracy.


Electrical controls and equipment are completely modernized to new
machine tool standards with new and / or rebuilt electrical components.


When the machine is completely assemble, it is test cycled at our facility
and final adjustments are made.
At this time your inspection is invited prior shipment.
